We build mental resilience in a digital world
Children are not things to be molded but are people to be unfolded.
We empower adolescents and young people aged 12 – 24 to understand, manage and apply digital influence with self-awareness, critical thinking and resilience.
The digital world is not a safe place to be yet. It can be made so when warnings are accompanied by conscious intention and effective tools.

Statements
The way the digital world is today does not determine what it will be like tomorrow.
Yet every tomorrow is built on today’s choices.
The dreams of today’s adolescents and young people will also unfold in the digital world of the future.
How do we want them to stand within it? How do we want them to be able to help shape it?
DigiPsy Youth Initiative (DYI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to youth mental health and digital resilience.
We work at the intersection of psychology, education, and digital culture, where adolescents and young people are shaping identity, self-image and aspirations under constant exposure, comparison, and pressure.
We strengthen adolescents and young people’s relationship with technology, so that the digital world of the future is a safe and fertile place that contributes to an improved everyday life for all.
DigiPsy Youth Initiative was born from a simple but critical observation:
the digital world profoundly shapes young people’s mental health, often in the absence of language, frameworks, or safe spaces to process it.
DYI combines scientific expertise, experiential learning, and a systemic perspective to shift mental health from crisis management to resilience building.
